Support & QA automation — for SaaS teams

Stop paying people to do the same thing twice.

Your team runs the same regression checks by hand every release and answers the same tickets over and over. I turn that repeating work into pipelines that run themselves.

01

Regression-test factories

Manual, release-blocking QA becomes a pipeline. Fewer regressions ship. Releases stop waiting on a human clicking through the same checks — and QA time goes to testing that actually needs a brain.

02

AI support automation

Repetitive tickets get deflected. The rest get triaged. Your agents get AI tooling instead of copy-paste. The queue stops growing faster than you can hire against it.

03

Support & QA ops

A function that scales without adding people one-for-one — the process, the tooling, and the automation underneath it. Built to run without me, not to keep me on retainer.

Map. Automate. Hand off.

No slide deck. I build the system, prove it on your real cases, and leave it running.

01 Map

Find the work that repeats and quietly costs the most — the manual test cycles, the recurring tickets, the hand-done processes.

02 Automate

Design and build the pipeline or AI layer that does that work by itself, and prove it against your real cases.

03 Hand off

Your team owns it and runs it without me. You keep the savings — not a dependency on a consultant.

What I'm building right now

A regression-test factory for a cross-platform SaaS.

Automating the manual test cycles that used to eat human hours every release — designing the pipeline that runs the checks a QA team was doing by hand. This isn't a case study I'm dressing up. It's what I do day to day.

Who I am

Ten years inside support and QA — not advising from the outside.

I design the system and build the automation myself, then hand it over working. I work remotely with teams anywhere, and I operate in English, Russian, and Portuguese.
